Family Treasure Hunt
Sunday June 6th 10am
On the 1st Sunday of every month we have our SESMA Sunday Stroll.
This month it will include a Treasure Hunt in Cromer.
Each family will be given a booklet containing clues and directions with a map to cross of locations that the treasure could be buried.
Meet at the Meadow Road Car Park (behind the Visitors Centre) NR27 9DS
Alternative large car parking: 61-63 Runton Rd, Cromer NR27 9AU
We have 3 families show interest so far, be great if we could have some more.
No prize for the winning team just Bragging rights.
Remember to bring a Pen.
There’s a great little doggie cafe (humans welcome) near the end of the treasure hunt that have a separate menu for dogs including ice-cream.

Nerf Parties
We are currently taking booking for our Nerf Gun Parties.
Up to 16 players, 2 members of staff, all equipment provided including downloadable invite template.

Monthly Fitness Challenge
Last month and this month I posted a Fitness Challenge for all to take part in daily over the month.
They start fairly easy and gradually get more challenging over the month as the fitter you become.
Come on join in, nothing to lose, plenty to gain.

We have some exciting news coming soon for some great events leading up October and in to the summer of next year.
One of the events is a little Hush Hush at the moment, but thank you to William’s Way estate agents who has teamed up with us for the event. Its really eggciting.

4pm Yellow & Orange Belts
5pm Green & 2nd Green Belts
6pm Blue & 2nd Blue Belts
7pm Purple & Brown Belts
8pm 2nd Brown & Above

2nd Friday of the Month
Competition Sparring 6-7:30pm
Drills and sparring session for those that may want to compete or just improve their sparring.
Competition package is £10 per month bolt on and inc both Sparring & Kata
3rd Friday of the Month
Competition Kata 6-7:30pm
Korean, Japanese and Freestyle (inc weapons) kata session for those that may want to compete or just improve their katas.
Competition package is £10 per month bolt on and inc both Sparring & Kata
4th Friday of the Month
Instructor Training 6-7pm
For all Black Belts Karate or Kickboxing
Learn how to teach the art you love.
Includes lots of leadership skills that can be used at work and school.
Included in your monthly fee.
Closed Bank Holiday Mondays
We are closed Bank Holiday Mondays, if this is your usual training day, then please feel free to attend another session in that week
or double up the following week.
