To get the app all you have to do is:
- Download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Search for
NEST: myTraining - Sign up – you must use the email address that we have registered for you at the club
- Sign in & enjoy!

If using an iphone, you will need to turn on FaceID in settings for quicker login.
Otherwise you will need to fill in email & password each time you login.
