- Fill in the Membership Form below
- Click the “Pay for Membership” Button which will take you to our Proshop.
- Purchase your membership, fill in PAYER details for the Direct Debit initial set up.
Please note: After filling in PAYER details for the eDD, they will be sent an email from NEST to add PAYER bank details.
