Fireman Sam... no! Fireman Tom

A dream come true

Sensei Tom has always wanted to be a Fire Fighter and has tried the many times including airport fire brigade.
Finaly after many years of not giving up on his dream, Sensei Tom has been accepted as a Retained Fire Fighter.

This will not effect his teaching at SESMA but will enhance the reputation of Sensei Tom and SESMA Martial Arts.

You all know that part of the SESMA & its instructors ethos is about giving back to the community.

All classes will remain the same, but there will be a little shuffle of instructors over the next few weeks, so that Sensei Tom can do his fire fighting training.

Well Done Fireman Tom we are so proud of you.

Hip HIP Hooray

Saturday 12th July, Master Wayne will be going in to hospital to have his other hip replaced.

The classes will continue as usual but will be covered by Sensei Tom.

MW’s is looking to be back teaching in September but he asks that you have a little understanding if he has to sit during some of the classes.
Post surgery recovery is usually 12 weeks back to light duties and MW is looking to be back in 6 weeks.

MW will keep you all posted with his recover on the SESMA Facebook.
