Family Treasure Hunt
Sunday June 6th 10am
On the 1st Sunday of every month we have our SESMA Sunday Stroll.
This month it will include a Treasure Hunt in Cromer.
Each family will be given a booklet containing clues and directions with a map to cross of locations that the treasure could be buried.
Meet at the Meadow Road Car Park (behind the Visitors Centre) NR27 9DS
Alternative large car parking: 61-63 Runton Rd, Cromer NR27 9AU
We have 3 families show interest so far, be great if we could have some more.
No prize for the winning team just Bragging rights.
Remember to bring a Pen.
There’s a great little doggie cafe (humans welcome) near the end of the treasure hunt that have a separate menu for dogs including ice-cream.

Monthly Fitness Challenge
Last month and this month I posted a Fitness Challenge for all to take part in daily over the month.
They start fairly easy and gradually get more challenging over the month as the fitter you become.
Come on join in, nothing to lose, plenty to gain.

We have some exciting news coming soon for some great events leading up October and in to the summer of next year.
One of the events is a little Hush Hush at the moment, but thank you to William’s Way estate agents who has teamed up with us for the event. Its really eggciting.
We have a selection of classes on a Friday evening.
