There are times in our lives that we put all our energy in the wrong direction, but we don’t know that when we start.
But when we do realise that we may be climbing the wrong mountain, then stop, rest and think.
And not expect to reach the top and it to be a different view.
Stop have a rest and think about what view you are expecting when you reach top and decide if you are climbing the right mountain.
This could be in your work, sport, fitness/diet plan or personal home life, there are times that we need to stop and rest.
It’s better to do nothing than to work on something that doesn’t matter.
It’s better to be alone than to spend time with toxic people.
It’s better to rest than to climb the wrong mountain.
