Fingers Crossed

Your SESMA Martial Arts has been nominated and shortlisted for an award.
It is for the all the work that SESMA does in your community, including the Defib & Bleed kit, self defence workshops, mental health and much more.

A member of Broadland Council will be visiting SESMA (Wed 8th Oct 6pmish) to record an interview with M’Wayne and some of the instructors. Would be great to have a large student base in the background.

If you would like to attend, we will be running a mixed grade/style class at 6pm Wed 8th Oct

If you do not want to possibly be in the videoing, then please do not attend the class.

Did you know that SESMA has a Blog Page?

Master Wayne writes a couple of blogs a week and posts them on local community facebook pages.
But incase you missed them, they are on the sesma website: https://sesma.co.uk/blog/

There are currently 24 blogs on the sesma blog page with the main underlining subject being family.

Why not go visit or share them to your facebook page.

Fire Fighter Tom

We are so proud of Sensei Tom who recently passed his retained fire fighter training and was also top of the class.

Since passing, he has been called out 5 times to fires and a road accident.

He is as yet not been asked to recue a cat in a tree.

Now we are out of Summer, back to uniform trousers in classes please.

So no shorts

Thank you
