SESMA's Magnificent 7
As you know 7 of our SESMA family have been chosen to represent Great Britain at the World Martial Art Games in America.
And they are working hard, training upto an extra 6 hours a weekend on their katas as well as extra strength drills at home.
They understand that hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work hard.
So when you combine talent and hard work, you stand a good chance of being a World Champion.
Some of the M7 started SESMA as Little Dragons, who would have known that at 4 years old they were heading for such awesomeness.
If you would like to help them with Great Britain Squad training cost, then please press the JustGiving Button.

Sensei Chloe Pick for British Championships
There are many associations to represent martial arts, of which SESMA are members of many.
The TOP of the TOP karate associations is the EKF English Karate Federation and to compete at an EKF tournament, you have to be selected, you cant just rock up like an Open competition. This is invite only.
The EKF are the association that select competitors to compete in the Commonwealth Games & Olympics.
